Charlotte Casiraghi in Black

Could Charlotte be any more beautiful?

Little black dress anyone? With touches of leather? Perfect classic makeup with red lips and black nails?

Charlotte Casiraghi sat front row at the recent Gucci show for Milan Fashion Week and I have to say, it’s been a long time since I had my head turned by a photo of someone wearing a Little Black Dress, but the very gorgeous Charlotte reminds me that a black dress doesn’t have to be boring! That, combined with minimal jewelry, fantastic makeup (love that red lip!), up-swept hair, and perfect glossy black manicure, makes for one elegant look for the new mom.

I love this entire look on Charlotte.

Let Charlotte’s ladylike look in black be your friendly reminder that Adrienne and I are accepting photos for October’s “How I Wear My: Favorite Color” through September 29, 2014. We hope not everyone wears black since we do like brighter colors, but if you can look as chic as Charlotte in an LBD, do share your photo with us! Send them to

She does look beautiful in a way I've never seen her. I've found women after they have a child often become more beautiful as the few extra pounds are more than offset by what they gain in loveliness. I think your Caroline would be Exhibit A in my theory although she has certainly regained (and likely improved) her figure.

She looks very beautiful and elegant...stunning girl...I can see the likeness to her Mother.
Hope you're having a great week.

Such an elegant young woman. And I'm amazed at how much she looks like her mother. Stunning!

Her dress is very cool, I'd wear that in a heartbeat. Leather accents are the best on black clothing. Pretty edgy for a royal.

I love black, but I do not think I could ever look as chic as Charlotte...she is gorgeous!

I just wore my vintage velvet LBD, but I don't think I can post in time. I am having a 'black' moment!
