Linda in Coral and Cat Eyes

I love this picture of Linda Fargo, Senior Vice President at Bergdorf Goodman, during Milan Fashion Week wearing a bright coral blazer and cat-eye sunglasses. I am digging her style more and more. Every other street style picture I saw from the recent fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan and Paris shows a young woman mixing several prints at the same time and sporting messy hair. You see enough of those photos and after awhile everyone starts to look the same. Linda, on the other hand, stands out for me. Is it the beautifully-cut silver hair? The fact that she is older than the other ladies photographed? Or is it that she just looks vibrant and polished, elegant and fresh?

I think I know the answer.

I agree with you Jill! I think she looks like she is in charge of all of Fashion Week...the others you speak of just look like participants. I like a look that communicates strength, dignity, creativity, and power....this look does all of that! It commands respect!

I agree 100% with Pam.
She is so chic and ageless.

Hi Pam, I love your take on Linda's style! There's just something about how put together she looks that I love. She partakes of a trend but she doesn't let it overwhelm her personal style. Also, I so want those cat-eye sunglasses of hers. XO, Jill

I adore Linda. She always dresses age-appropriate, lady like, contemporary, professional, and true to her personality and professional status. What a model for the over-40's who are bombarded with mixed messages of being both nearly dead with grotesque wrinkles and yearning to dress in Forever 21. Rock on, Linda!

Her uniformly chic hair is timeless, and she obviously treasures her skin care regimen and excellently applied minimal makeup. Linda is my real-life chic role model.

Hi Rebekah! I am so with you, Linda has become a real style icon for me. She always looks great and I don't feel she's trying too hard, she just looks effortless and wonderful. I also like how she partakes in trends (cat-eye sunglasses, bright blazer), but in a way that is true to herself. Love it! XO, Jill
